Measurements to Keep in Mind for Ordering

BEARINGS:

• ID x OD x Length
  

• Bearings with a minimum wall thickness of 3/16 can be supplied with Met90 Inserts
  

• Machining Tolerances are I.D. +/- .001,   O.D. +/- .001,   Length: +/- 1/64
  

WASHERS:

• ID x OD x Thickness
  

• Washers with a minimum wall thickness of 3/16 can be supplied with Met90 Inserts
  

• Washers 1/8  -  3/16 thick are lubricated on both sides
  

• Thrust Washer Machining Tolerance is O.D. +/- .001,   Length: +/- .001
  

WEAR PLATES:

• Width x Length x Thickness
  

• Wear Plates with a minimum wall thickness of 3/16 can be supplied with MET 90 inserts.
  

• Wear Plates 1/8  -  3/16 thick are lubricated on both sides.
  

OPERATING DATA REQUIRED FOR EACH APPLICATION:

• Total Bearing Load (lbs) or Bearing Load (psi)
  

• Operating Temperature (Sustained or Intermittent)
  

• Shaft Speed, Shaft Size
  

• Type of Motion (Rotating, Oscillating, Sliding)
